5km session in Kleboniskis on medium tempo. Lately I can run fast but the thighs start aching afterwards. I was planning to go for the second 5km session but decided to go for a drink and an easy warm down. Lack of motivation lately as the season has ended for me but I have not done what I have planned. Anyway a trip to Suomi was very nice and inspiring in terms of sport.

Kleboniskis. 5km run for testing. It runs more or less OK though there were better performances in this distance. After the run very long cool down - trying to get my breath back. Later a long slow run and some stretching exercises with Simao the Fast and Furious.

Kaunas Championship. Paryzius forest. Interesting track but poor performance as always:( mistake 30 sec on the 4th control came into the required pit well but did not notice the control, 5th control easy but took my 5 mins, 6th control desperate mistake on the easy control and sprained ankle so I could barely move. 11th control wandering around with Simao and Anarkurdovas. 13th control bad route choice, 14th control non able to keep the direction properly. Loads of mistakes, and most often stupid mistakes. running was more or less OK. It is time to do something with my right ankle...

Too hot. Started very well and fast but made a mistake on the 10th control and speed reduced dramatically, could not move at all, nearly finished.

Narepai. Once again left the office late and so no chance to be on time in Orientyras therefore hit the local forest with another old Orientyras track. Route planning, attackpoint were the most important issues during this training. Some rubbish in the beginning of the track and in the very end. I did not push much but anyway the back is not aching - stretching exercises help me out.

Narepai. Old track from orientyras. I tried to concentrate on route choice and planning, attack points. During the offroad stages ankle was not behaving well, later the pain in the back - I need to do more stretching exercises. Small mistakes but as I was moving slowly that is too much.

Home - Sanciai - Home along the Nemunas. It runs quite well (Saturday was fucked up completely). Ankle and knee behave well. Fuck knows what is going on. Extremely weird feeling after the training - feeling as if I were cold with high temperature.

Lithuanian Champ. Popeliske. Extremely ugle forest with loads of the deep swamps with cold water. As usual mistake on the first control. bad route choice to the 4th control - wnet straight through the swamp instead of using the road around. 6 th control mistake 30 meters before the control when I had to pick it up smoothly started to invent things that costed me a lot. 20 m after 10th control badly sprained my right ankle - took a seat, took my time to recover and came back straight to the finish.
