Newcastle parkrun. Not so happy with the 20 minute pacer! He ended up running it in 19:39 - so had given up keeping up with him and was very confused why I seemed to be running slower when not hungover and on a flat course! New 5km PB...but frustrated not to make the 20 minute mark.
