Run 39:54 [3] 5.2 km (7:40 / km)

Kennington Parkrun. I tussled with a man who three times ran past me and then stopped directly in front of me and walked, breaking my flow and making me go around him. So l ran past him and jumped in right in front of him. I think he got the message and ran off a bit further ahead after that.

Achieve It Flexit class, followed by a coffee with Anne.

Run 35:24 [3] 4.3 km (8:14 / km)

Jog around Kennington Reserv-wah and Strathdale Park. Knee was wonky but was no worse by the end of the run. I wore new shoes that are half a size bigger than normal - they felt a bit ploddy but will be OK with thicker socks. At least the colour of my new shoes matches the colour of my top (very important) and my toes aren’t squashed.
I have now finished setting my 2-hour O event in Bendigo for the 29/6 and entries are being taken. Put your entry in now!! It is looking a quality field so far ;)

Slow plod around Blackburn lake and creeklands. Felt a bit seized up all over.

Walk 1:05:40 [3] 6.45 km (10:11 / km)

Street O at Blackburn North. It was pretty chilly and my knee hurt. I was 40 seconds late back.
