Jog along the river at Shep with Peter. My back was really sore for the first km and l could barely move, but it settled after that.

Walk 55:45 [3] 5.45 km (10:14 / km)

I volunteered at Parkrun this morning, handing out finish tokens, and was so cold it took me several hours afterwards to warm up. I then went for a walk, concentrating on relaxing my hip so that it hurt less.

Benalla lake. First run in ages. I have piriformis issues when sitting and walking, but not jogging, so l suppose that's good.

So little activity this week as l remain chained to my desk. Hips and back sore from sitting too much.
