Orienteering race 19:57 [5] 3.1 km (6:26 / km) +105m 5:30 / km

US champs sprint at the university of west Georgia. It was a nice map, course, and weather. I had a good race with only a few small hesitations. I finished 2nd in M20, 30sec back.

OOC running training. we did a little contours only exercise in a field then did the exercise were one person goes around the field on the trail and the other cuts through.

I did not pick the best route to go biking today. the rain caused the gravel roads to become very, very muddy, coating me and my bike in a thick layer of the brown stuff. the old road bike handled it nicely though.
