In one of the last issues of Skogssport Simone wrote about training during and after a pregnancy. I'm using her way of slowly getting back to running. Although I haven't been doing any crosstraining other than stroller walks, I'm starting a few weeks later and I'm not following the program running every second day like she was. Anyway today we did 2 x 5min jogging.
