Gotlands 3-dagars, day 3
I started by taking a safe routechoice running around on a trail to #1 but wasn't precise getting off the trail and so I was wandering for a while. Shook it off and continued. I enjoy having a long challenging course but this terrain was just shitty. After a bunch of tough running (not in a fun way), mistakes, feeling alone in the woods and then realizing I was almost off the map way off the line.. I gave up and skipped #10.

After the first day's disaster I tried to stay more focused. This course didn't go as much through green, except control #4 where I lost 8min. Otherwise just smaller mistakes so pretty happy over all.

Gotlands 3-dagars, day 1
Everybody says Gotland terrain is so special, unlike anything else. You have to take it very easy. So I did, in the beginning.. then I was lost in the green, lost in the open area that looked like a marsh on the map, lost, lost, lost. Awful experience. I had high expectations for the terrain to be beautiful but this was not. Embarassed that I ran D21E.

with Mike, we did some exploring following a trail through a nature preserve and then found the right road to Asunden where there were some cool rauks

Note

Discovered a red ring around the tick bite I got at Minitjoget 6/18, pretty obvious Lyme disease. That explains why I've been feeling so tired lately.
