Designed myself a slope-o course using the permanent controls. It mostly went well, didn't use a compass as I feel I have a better map-contact and can read the contours better without it. Was very hesitant for one of the controls in the end and then left it 90 degrees wrong.

Some guys in my club were talking about that they just tried playing Catching Features - they think it's really fun but they easily get lost.

Wish I knew lots of people from Sävedalen were coming (they had a training weekend using our new map in Åsa + this one) would have been cool to join them..

Run with Jossan on Hallandsleden. Nice chilly, sunny morning and the terrain here is beautiful.

My boxing buddy (and office neighbor) Annika was back. She's better at holding the pads than the girl I've been boxing with the last couple of weeks.
Abs exercise was everyone connected by the feet in a chain on the floor where we passed 3 medicine balls, constantly crunching and then dipping the ball above our head when we got one, for about 5min.
