Pre-beach ride with Mike in Rhode Island. Two loops from Watch Hill to Misquamicut and back.

(the elevation + speed in the beginning of the ride looks weird on the GPS-track)

at Racebrook tract, threw in 5 x 30s (30s) to remind the legs of how to run fast. Hot and humid. Saw some bunny rabbits and a snake.

to & from a mail box with a letter containing my very first ticket. Got pulled over Monday for driving through a red light. Pleading not guilty.

Met up with Mike for a run at Maltby lakes. He had a headache so we went very slow and walked some, I followed him back then I took a lap on my own. Felt incredibly tight. My hamstrings and glutes were like bricks. Haven't been running much lately + it's hot.. but I feel so out of shape. Better work on that! 25manna this fall =)
