Beautiful morning. Lots of people out on the trails: runners, dog walkers, hikers, mountainbikers and fishermen - good to see!
My legs felt so stiff, didn't really feel warmed up until about 40min into the run.

A slow run around Maltby Lakes. Couldn't get a full stride out of my right leg cause the hamstring was so sore, probably from doing Ali's hamstring exercises last night (on a really wobbly ball). Stopped to stretch a few times.

If I still have a bunch of knots in my hamstrings it probably doesn't help no matter how much I stretch or try to strengthen them, hmm..
