Around the trails in Saybrook. Very warm out. Tried pushing it but my legs felt stiff. Helped an old couple to get on the right trail back to town park. Did 3 x 30s pick-ups in the end of the run.

Was waiting to meet Mike for a run at Maltby Lakes after work but he called and told me to take a lap while he was stuck in traffic. So I did and I immediately noticed something wasn't right. I was cold-sweating and I got awful stomach cramps. Took a painkiller once I got back to the car and started slowly walking with Mike but it wouldn't stop hurting so I had to lie down on a bench while he ran a lap =(
