Note

Great weekend in Burlington, VT. Nice weather. Beautiful green mountains. Family fun. Unfortunately no time for running.

at Racebrook tract

Faster pace 20min. Was pretty tired after 16min and looked at my watch every 20s hoping that it would soon be over.. ended with a long incline too which didn't help.

It turned out to be a really nice evening and this place is beautiful. Very convenient on my way home from work. If only dog owners could keep their dogs on a leash, there are about five signs telling them to, entering the trails.

Around the lake and back. River was gushing and the trails had lots of stuff and water on them from the heavy rain yesterday.

Easy run with Mike at Maltby Lakes. I like running in the rain.

12 x 1min with 30s rest
Rain picked up, it was coming down hard and I could hardly see. I got soaked and it was heavy, trails were flooded. Then thunder and lightning, decided to skip the last 3 intervals.

Jog back to the car, were Mike was sitting in only underwear, cute. Passed a guy standing at the Hopkins baseball field swinging his golf club, not very smart.

Feeling nauseous and a bit dizzy all day, kind of like a hang-over, from the race. Dehydration, not eating enough?
