trail run 1:25:39 [2] 17.58 km (4:52 / km)

West Rock. Cool fresh air, birds singing and sunshine. Felt tired and slow starting out but better on the way back. Some parts of the trails are still very wet & muddy.

bike 10:00 [1]

to & from the gym

pilates 50:00 [2]

I'm so happy with my pilates teacher. She has a way of switching it up every time, same moves but maybe different order, different focus, different speed. Great combination of strength, stretch & balance. You get to know your body and your muscles. I feel the strength in my core giving me an extra push while running, pretty cool!

trail run 1:13:41 [2] 13.94 km (5:17 / km)

Run at Maltby Lakes. Perfect running weather. One loop with Siobhan, one on my own and then I ran into Mike and went for a loop with him too.

Note

Went to see a PT as the doctor ordinated for my tight hamstring. Oh, relieved! Great guy. He did an exam, said it's nothing to worry about, that I can keep doing my activities. But I do have a tight left hamstring and the place where it hurts is the ischial tuberosity, by the sit bone. He showed me how to massage it, stretch it and some strengthening exercises. No need for two PT appointments a week. Good! :-)
