Note

I was thinking of doing this 5K race in East Rock Park this morning BUT I'm beat! (from yesterday, my whole body) Would not have been able to do it competitively.
2 PM

walk (hike) 1:14:04 [1] 5.96 km (12:25 / km)

At West Rock with Mike. Starting from the parking lot at Lake Wintergreen, red trail, purple, blue, orange & red. Nice day, just a bit cold in the wind. These trails are ok for hiking but they are pretty rocky so I don't think you would enjoy running them.

At Maltby lakes with Mike. Really nice running in fresh snow, clear skies with stars. I ran with my Adidas trail running shoes for the first time - much better traction than with my Asics the other day.
Wasn't sure if I would have light enough in my Silva headlamp. So I used Mike's Night rider bike light, strapped the battery around my wrist and held the light in my hand, worked really well.
