xc skiing (skate) 41:00 [2] 4.55 km (9:01 / km)

Went to the Winding trails in Farmington - cute place. Mike & i rented skate skis (non of us had tried it before). Fun but hard. We struggled and took a few falls. The skating loop wasn't as groomed and wide as i would have liked it.

xc skiing (classic) 21:00 [2] 2.67 km (7:52 / km)

When we got back to the ski center we asked to change to classic skis. While it was the end of the day the tracks were worn out but we found a piece where we went back and forth. Boris gave us some helping hints.

Kat, Will & Mattias were also there.

run at west rock. red trail from stone st to mountain road (passed it twice) continued a little bit before i turned around. it was very cold, took about 25 min until i felt warmed up. my inner thighs are still pretty sore from the squats wed & yesterday, felt slow.

fun, fun, fun!!! Zumba Christmas master class, three instructors, lots of people (well only women except for one of the instructors), disco lights, disco ball, loud music.. awesome!

a small group this morning which meant we had room to use balls :-) it's tough and i like it, gets your heartbeat up a bit more.
the class is 1 h but i always sneak out early to have time to get home and get ready for work. today i stayed a tiny bit longer though..
