Paugusett, great middle distance training with 5 loops. Very detailed part of the map.
For the next technical o-training I need to slow down, thinking of carrying weights or something.. It's beautiful terrain, nice rainy weather, everything is perfect so I feel like running fast - I do - and I get lost, it happen too many times.
Something that did feel slow was using my old fashion compass for all these quick direction changes - maybe it's time to give the thumb compass a try?
