Small bit of heel soreness this morning on waking up but it went away as soon as I was out of bed. Feeling very tired due to the fire alarm going off twice for about 2 seconds each time, perfectly space so I was just about to fall asleep again before the second one.
Planning as far as Thursday when I have physio so we'll see how I am then.
Monday - 3k run Tuesday - am Gym. Wednesday - pm 4x100m run, working up to 80% effort. Trying out the fast stuff agin with plenty of time since the gym the day before. Thursday - Physio
