Note

Got the MRI report and a thorough assessment from the doctor. Meniscal tear from 2016 is gone which is great news. Nothing untoward going on inside the knee, while it doesn't help find the issue, is good news that I haven't been damaging it in the long term. I had kinda become afraid of it and very reulcatant to do anything that even induced a tiny amount of dicsomfort.
