Note

Physio. Much needle. Ouch. Knee again feels weirdly good while my calf is in a right state.

Note

Knee stiff this morning. Couple of bends with clicks helped as usual. It's hard to exactly describe the symptoms. It's not really sore as such, more just uncomfortable and different.

On a positive note, got an MRI booked at the 3rd attempt for Sunday 28th. Getting the referral faxed was the solution...

Note

The trials of trying to get an MRI continue. Rang the hospital for the 3rd time today and they still haven't received the referral letter from the doctor. Rang the doctor again and they faxed it this time. Will try again tomorrow.

In the dark and the light drizzle with lovely sloppy pitches. Enjoyed it actually. Knee feeling good during.

Strength 9:31 intensity: (3:13 @0) + (5:20 @1) + (58 @2)

Only core stuff. I want to isolate the different things I think aggravate the knee a bit more and try to work out what does and doesn't impact it.
