On call so on the turbo. Haven't been doing this due to a step challenge in October but expect to see more on some weekends. Did a lap of the Innsbruck worlds. Much nicer with the new turbo that has power instead of just translating from speed. Worked hard for bits.

Aonghus hill reps from home with Conor.

Back to the last lockdown way of doing these, starting from home. First interval from the bottom junction to the Taylor'sl ane junction. The 2x Aonghus. Slow but consistent, though was massively helped by some Conor pacing on the second one. Knee is so fine for the uphill parts but it's still not a massive fan of the downhills so took it very easy on them. Good to get it done.

Probably just the usual hill reps and a long run and 1x easy run, which is a bit of a wild training plan but it's been working ok so why not. Otherwise walking. Next week should be good to do some more cycling I think.
