Hard to get back into the habit of this training business. Another little short one. Knee felt a little funny at first actually. 3 mins in I stopped, bent it fully a few times, it clicked and then was happy out for the rest. Felt like normal running. I delayed after a hailstorm but still got a little. Then some rain and wind.

It's been a while agai, but yay I got out for a run. Standard itchy everywhere when I run again for the first time in a while but nice to get out. Just pitches for softer surface and keeping it relatively short and easy. Nice to be out, especially with the eerie red sunrise.

Note
(injured)

Physio was on holidays last week but I got in today. The fatty pad under my kneecap is enflamed/irritated, most likely due to poor technique when doing the rehab exercises. It has improved in the last week for sure and I should be ok to run short again tomorrow and build it up slowly. Have to manage the swelling though so ice and anti-inflammatories.
