Back to The Wall. Bit of a queue to get in heading down at 6pm. Mostly trying Yurples and doing ok. Upper body is definitely not used to climbing but isn't as weak as I thought it would be. Shoes are not as crazy painful when I wear the really light socks with them so I lasted a bit over an hour before the left toes were too sore to stand on. Fun

Late post-dinner one after Don dropped by for tea.
Properly committed to the bridge from Leopardstown and managed to find a fence gap + fence hop that meant I could make a loop that I previously thought impossible. Pretty pleased with that. Felf pretty good, not as hard work as recent runs have been. Small bit of niggle from the knee running down the steps outside the apartment but otherwise grand.
I have unticked the injured box! Now it's just about managing the load and not doing too much running too soon. The general rule would be 10% per week so that gives me about 2.5 hours this week. I'll aim for 3 runs.
Primary on call for the weekend, but I have ordered a turbo trainer. With any luck that'll come before then so will have some weekend cycling on the menu.
Monday: 1 hour run Tuesday: climbing Wednesday: cycle + strength Thursday: 1 hour run Friday: rest Saturday: hopefully turbo cycling Sunday: am hopefully turbo cycling, pm 30 mins run
