After watching rugby for the morning, out to Glendasan with everyone doing different things. From Glendasan I went up Camaderry -> Turlough Hill -> Tonlagee -> Brockagh.
Gorgeous day for it mostly but the temperature was very variable from being windy and sunny. Lovely run though. Tough time up Tonlagee but otherwise felt good and just having a nice time. Met a guy on the summit of Camaderry west top who was rooting through his bag and pockets looking for his glove. Luckily I had picked it up about 200m previously and he was very grateful. Found a control just as I caught Ruth of the summit of Tonlagee. Number 3 apparently.

Took it easy the last 2 days due to cold. It's developed just into a head cold so grand to keep running for now. David Healy planned a nice control pick in Carraigshouk so went up for that. Cold and windy for the most part. Rough area in the forest there but I was kinda up for it and fought well. Mostly good orienteering but a switched off a few times and made mistakes as a result. Not a huge surprise.

Joined up with a nice crowd of various people for a Ticknock night run. Good fun, solid chats and always a pleasure to run in Ticknock. Small but of a trek to drive up there and back but would do this again. Beginnings of a cold coming on though.

Rock Climbing 1:30:00 [1]

Awesome walls today for some endurance training. Really notice how hard moves get after after 10! Finished with some bouldering too. Need to find my old card to get the membership discount.
