JK sprint. No warm up. Took it super easy just jogging. Didn't punch number 2 on purpose so I wouldn't be tempted to push hard later on. Was a bit worried at the start but actually felt really great as time went on. Orienteering was shocking though as I aas not paying attention really.
Regina started at the same time as me and I saw her a lot out there. She then punched the last control 5m ahead of me so I did have to do the run in a bit harder.
Monday gym. Was very tempted to not go due to being very tired. Squat racks were busy at the start so I moved them to the end. I did less reps of bigger weight knowing this is some kind of taper week. If that makes any sense considering how much training I've been doing.

Stuck on the last few k's mountain stage of Criterium International. Changed the resistance as the slope of the climb changed. Again this worked pretty well, though it helped having Gina to track what effort I was supposed to be doing.
