Had been thinking of going for like 2 hours but the body wasn't quite up to that.
Did most of a lap and felt pretty horrible after 25 mins but was feeling alright after 40, remembered why I like running, the wind and the rain while warm and sunny!
Basically went along the north edge to the Castleknock entrance and then went striaghtish to the papal cross and around the magazine and home.
