Long course planned by ColmM in Djouce. Good stuff. Took it fairly handy as only getting back into this moving thing. Was feeling quite good up till about 40 mins when I had a bit of a niggle so I took it easy back to the car.
Good course though I knew I would never do all of it. Really nice to be out oing again! The map needs some updating though.
