long run with Dave out to NackReservat, up to the mast and a bit in the snow. Nice run, i felt good the whole way really.

Hitting some orienteering training tomorrow out there. should be good

some fool burnt something at 3:30 in the morning resulting in the fire alarm going off and everyone having to stand outside for about 20 mins. At least it was an actual fire and not a drill i guess. horrible stuff.

feeling pretty good today, by all accounts, even got some college work done in the morning!

This week has been a mess so far. I was happy to get out today. Then the stupid physics people scheduled another seminar at core time 2moro. Just annoying. I'll do it when I'm at home voting and have a med ball and stuff

Hill session in the park. I did 1min up a steep hill, then 1 min rest, 1 min along a gentle incline road, 1 min rest. Fun session really. The lack of a light really made it entertaining cause I couldn't see but didn't really impair me. kept a really consistent speed through all the intervals. Happy

my quads are really sore today, especially the left one. i think its a combination of hills and cycling. could be to do with the fact that i have to cycle my bike in a crazy high gear actually... ill fix that
