mass start 50 min score-o on the curragh. loads of us set off in a big train towards number 6 and then colm fell and it was funny. was trying to push it through the snow. I had one big choice whether i should go 7-11-12 or 13-11-9., i did the second one and i think it might have been wrong but its hard to know. Was running after colm then by myself for the most part and then i took a ridiculous route choice to 18 and eoin mcc caught up with me
. I was with him then till the end with him dropping me from the last control to the finish

"Hill Intervals" well i wne to the park and in the munich hills i found a bag so i decided to sled down the hill as recovery when i was doing intervals. very fun. jogged around after when my ars started getting cold
im sure the 27m climb is a lie

cycled home from the phoenix park. was gald i was going slowly when i was going over the bridge and i noticed that i had absolutely no traction. managed to slide the bike sideways while staying upright for a good 5m and then gently fell over hoping there were no cars behind me. there werent so all was well. pride being the only injury. kinda fun though.
my HR went from 113 to 145 at the point where i fell...

hardest core session yet. lots of throwing med balls around. anything apart from lying is tough now.

ran on the treadmill after to loosen out the legs. made me feel glad i didnt go for a run yesterday. the last 5 mins were really tough. felt like i was lacking in energy and was glad to be finished

so I ended up going to give blood today, through random occurance. Went in they plug me in and a few mins later I realised that I could only see white. When I told the guy, i reckoned from the 3 doctory people who rushed over to me that it was probably a bad thing. seems me trying to give blood is a bad idea and im not allowed to try again. had a number of incidents throughout the day where standing up ended up with me having to lie down again.

made up a timtable thingy today. then went to go to the first lecture that i had on it. bam turns out i was an hour late...
