O-training intervals 55:00 [5] ****
spiked:45/52c shoes: Kalenji kiprun 2000
sprint intervals with colm, laurence, conor and jonathon. fun stuff although tough. ran into a lamppost while i was reading my map though and now my collarbone is in bits.
we did 5 intervals they were something like 1.2k, 0.9k, 1.1k, 0.6k, 1.2k or so. left my gps on the windowsill gwtting sattelites
