we had 4 20 min games but there were lots of subs so i played about half of each. tough going and my legs were in bits after the strength session yesterday. really fun though. pity i miss the rest of it 2moro

Note

so I was just throwing a frisbee around with a friend of mine in the afternoon, the ultimate frisbee captain happened to walk by and he was like hey you should definately come to this tournament 2moro. I was like yeah why not!

We ran up the wicklow way to the junction then up Fairy castle. It was insanely misty. could barely see at all. My quads were sore from the cycle too. tough stuff, fun though. Myself and colm added on an extra little bit at the end just to get some more time
