went for a nice run. knee felt good after the bit of not too much activity in the last while. nice run. it was a loop thing in lugnagroagh. i did it where there were 3 climbs. the 3 tough ones there and made sure i pused hard up them and along the flat bit after and recovered on the downhill to the next one.
