WOC middle model. knee got sore after about 10 mins and i was struggling to breathe. i dunno whats wrong with my stupid body

knee is sore. it was grand yesterday then when i went out today it just became sore for no particular reason. im gonna wait till it feels better again and then ill try running in different shoes

Warm up to the start with Sarah Rollins and shea. we ran through a tunnel

mass started the sprint course with conor shea and shane. huge hill to the first. kept up with them grand until i started suffereing what im sure was asthma. that was unpleasant. we met at the 6th and then were gonna do the rest of the course but i was dying and then my knee started to be sore again so i just went back to the car. bit annoyed with my body...

ill upload my training from today when neil gets around to doing his cause my garmin wasnt working for time and distance and stuff...

note to future self and anyone who wants to know: press mode and reset simultaneously and then press the on button and it will work!

i downloaded new sport tracks and put my weight in in pounds and then changed it to kilos so im not actrually 37kg... its a lot of work to fix it all though

6 2 mins intervals around the lake with neil. hurt quite a bit. my gps has decided to not be able to turn on so i have to fix that somehow
