1/2 roads and 1/2 trails. Hamstring was aching after yesterday's run so I took it even more easily than what I had planned. Wet and icy everywhere, propably the best choice would have been to go to forest and do an orienteering training.
Short run before HS children's indoor training. I went there because I have promised to organise next week's training and wanted to see a little what they are doing there.
