Running 1:20:00 intensity: (30:00 @1) + (50:00 @2)

1/2 roads and 1/2 trails. Hamstring was aching after yesterday's run so I took it even more easily than what I had planned. Wet and icy everywhere, propably the best choice would have been to go to forest and do an orienteering training.

6min/km -ยป 5.25/km. First proper training in weeks and I really enjoyed. Felt easy.
