First time in Liikuntamylly's gym. Topias was having his "kid gymnastics" and instead of sitting and reading and eating candies I used the waiting time this way.
warm up + 20 min ~5.10/km + 10 min 4.55/km
Felt like I had never run before... But here it starts again, next April I will run this kind of training 30 secs faster.
