Orienteering 49:00 intensity: (29:00 @3) + (20:00 @4)

Firmaliiga in Luukki, 4.5km
First: terrain was awful (south from Luukki), course was too long and too difficult (D-course). If I was a beginner (like most of the people in D-class are) I wouldn't like to orienteer ever again.
Second: my leg was as bad as it has been: aching and stiff. Feeling was good until Tuesday morning but during the day it started to go worse again.

Note

I met Anders Å. today. He treated my vertebras and nerve system with hands and also with weird looking equipment. He seemed to know what he was doing and it all felt pretty promising.
I'm looking forward Tuesday's Firmaliiga, let's see how running feels then!
