Orienteering race 57:00 [4]

Ankkurirastit, D21A, 6,8km. 7./40.
First "real" orienteering race of this season. Some navigating problems but all in all it went ok. Running felt better than I expected.
So nice event - sun was shining and it was finally warm!

Running felt so bad after three days' pause that I knew it can only go better til Sunday - and I was right.

AR sprint, 3km, DNF
While last week's sprint was really fun, this one was one of the most stupid courses I have ever seen. I just got enough in the middle of the race. Ok, running felt bad from beginning, didn't warm up properly, was wearing too much clothes etc...

And now afterwards I'm also feeling a bit fluish. No wonder after Monday's adventure.

Picking emit units from Paloheinä. Almost alone (got some help in the end, luckily) and without a headlamp. It was cold, getting dark, raining and lots of snow everywhere.
After spending the last two weeks planning IR-courses and SG-courses, this felt almost too much.
