45 min nordic walking, but I felt still a bit dizzy and weak. Couldn't sleep at all last night, I don't know why.

Felt pretty good. Maybe I ran 1000m split too fast (thinking about my 800m time) but I just had to beat Antti Örn on that lap so I couldn't take it any slower... ;)
