Rastijahti. 10./19.
Nice competition. Result doesn't look good but actually I ran quite well. I made a big mistake on the second last contol (~1,5min) and also on the last control (0,5-1min). It cost me two postitions but it doesn't really matter. I'm happy that I was able to run most of the course well enough.

To Prisma and back. Odd and bad feeling in lungs and stomach during running and especially in Prisma when I stopped running. Asthma? Heart attack? Maybe I just have rested too much lately.
