Oh dear... Good beginning which I spoiled with a classical goof. Open terrain changed to green slope and I wasn't prepared to that because I was already celebrating a good result in my mind... Blaah. 4,6km in Siuntio, Vargberget. Nice course and terrain. I started with race speed but I felt quite tired after two kilometers and didn't try so hard in the end.
I made an own training in this same terrain in May and everything was much more diificult then than it was now. So I assume some progress has happened.
