Orienteering race 57:00 [4] ***** 6.3 km (9:03 / km)

Venla relay, 3th leg, 6,3km. HS's final position 47th. Own placing at the leg 24th.
I'm satisfied with my run. I did some small mistakes (1'20'' altogther) but in this terrain I just can be happy that they didn't become big ones. The long leg (6-7) didn't go well and after that I was a bit nervous and made some extra loops before the controls. But it was so near to end that nothing serious happened! :)
It was my kind of terrain because no one could really run fast there. But I also noticed that I definitely need some more power if I want to achieve good results at autumn's national championships. So let the new training season start now... (= not yet, let's say Friday)

Rajamäen Rykmentti's "iltarastit" in Röykkä-Nummenpää. Short and nice course, not too easy.
