Orienteering race 1:03:45 [4] **** 7.7 km (8:17 / km)

Ok Raseborg, 7,7km, 16 cp's, 3./24.
Good result but time difference (~6 min) to the leaders tells the truth...
My race was ok until I met Paula after 10th control. After that we both made several mistakes. But not big ones - I could have run 1-2 minutes faster but that's it.
Lovely terrain and a good course!

Firmaliiga in Solvalla, 6,1km. 3-4 km went just fine but then I lost all the power and the pace was really slow to finish. I also made several stupid mistakes in the end. I can't see why I'm this tired.
But I guess this was a good training (similar terrain) for the Raseborg race on Sunday.
