Basic orienteering - which I apparently can't do properly... Easy course and 1'30'' mistakes. I have never been good at this kind of orienteering. So, good training in that sense. Maybe I learned something.

I made a body composiotion test by Herbalife. It appeared that my metabolic age is 12! What ever it means... ;)

Regional sprint champs, 1,8km.
What a nostalgic feeling to run on Meilahti's tracks and cliffs! Felt like home...
Easy course. I spend some extra time on the longest leg when I was little unsure about my position but that was only mistake. Nice training!
To work. Maybe I shouldn't log these bikings to work as trainings because it's not really so much sport. I think that I will mark them as intensity 0 from now on.
