Since I have done this training last time two years ago, I didn't have any idea how fast/slow I can run and how I should start. It went as it always does, I started faster than I had planned bacause it felt so easy but then 3 last kilometers were really difficult. I have lost all the strength from my legs, they felt like spaghetti...
But with loong long recoveries times were ok. (4minutes running - 3,5 - 4 minutes with Topias).
