Running warm up/down 8:00 [2] 1.3 km (6:09 / km)

Orienteering 55:00 [3] 4.6 km (11:57 / km)

Jukola2010 training in Kytäjä. Apparently this was one of the nicest parts of Kytäjä terrain. Even so it was really tough. And I walked a lot. But definitely it was what I call "real" orienteering! Finnish releay champs were in the same terrain in 2008 but I didn't realise it until Tapsa told so after the training. Now I notice that I had the same kind of difficulties now than I had in the relay. For example I never knew when I should go straight and when go round the hills. I guess I should examine those maps more carefully during the winter...

According to this training terrain I would say that the next year's Jukola suits well for HS women..! Just remember Sulkava Jukola 2003 - I had a feeling that Kytäjä Jukola will be something like that. (Of course we were not very succesful in that relay mentioned above but let's not think about that...)

Running 1:15:00 intensity: (15:00 @3) + (1:00:00 @4) 13.05 km (5:45 / km)

15 min 6.15/km, then 60 min 5.40/km (ahr 148). Felt good.

I have used too much intensity 3, so I have to mark this as 4. Actually it was 3,5... :)
