New training season begins today. I start it with a rest day.
I still haven't reach all those goals I set some time ago, but there is still time before Christmas:
- run O races with 10min/km speed or better
* this is not possible anymore during this year...
- run my 1000m outdoor route below 4.15.
* haven't tried that for a while.
- run my 8 km test run below 42 minutes. (record is 35.56)
* haven't tried that one at all. I must run the test in this or next month.
- get rid of extra weight, ie 4 kg by the end of the year.
* that's done already.
NEW goals for 2010:
- Run Brobacka test run below 36 minutes during the winter (record is 33.43)
- run my own test run below 37 minutes before June.
- A-final in Karjaa's Long distance championships
