Orienteering race 42:19 [5] *** 8.26 km (5:07 / km)
spiked:15/17c

Curragh. Good run, enjoyed it. Took in some controls after. Thought I'd won but found out Donal Burke beat me when I uploaded results. First out so I was turning on all the controls which got annoying after a while... Course: 7.2km

THE MOST DISGUSTING THING EVER. Whatever mind came up with this should be commited to Azkaban. Uphill hill run from Crone car park up to the top of Djouce. It was a bit of a slog and I didn't enjoy it at all. I could feel yesterday in my legs as well so I think I placed pretty poorly (results not up yet). I didn't stop at the top (I was 55ish up I think) and just ran straight back down via Wicklow Way (and some felled areas) with Brian, so the time includes that. The run down was nice until it started being all forest roads. Never doing that one again.
