Same procedure, other week. Avoid the heat mit Friedmar im GG. Nach der relativ lauflastigen Vorwoche nur 5' - 4' - 5' - 4' Intervalle mit 4' - 3' - 4' - 3' gemacht. Tempo ist noch mäßig befriedigend, aber kann ja nur besser werden.
