Laufbandtest im Uniklinikum: 10' in 4,1m/s (4.06min/km), 10' in 4,4m/s (3.47min/km), 10' in 4,7m/s (3.32min/km) und 2' in 5,0m/s (3.20min/km). Etwas schlechter als vor 2 Jahren, aber das habe ich selbst schon im Training germerkt.
