Hike with Rita up on the Mountain. Kept going up til we got above the clouds for a view, didn't quite end up on top!

Intervals at the park. 200s and 1000s this week. 3x200 along Kaimata, followed by 3x 1km on the gravel and grass which were tough work! Then out the back of the park for 3x 200 on the forest trail. The first lot of 200s definitely weren't 200, but after letting on to Karl about this, he made sure the second set were more like 250m haha. 1ks sitting around 3.35

'Troning weekend day2. Squeezed in a training at Hamilton boys high school. Great little area. Did a 10min course in the detail, then eased off for the 5mins over in the primary school. Legs feel like toast.

Preseason hit out #2 vs one of the Hamilton W league teams. Pretty complete performance. Won 7-0. Loving the passing game going on.
Subbed myself off after 65 as I was getting light headed in the heat. Got a muesli bar and water on board and politely asked to sub back on, but nope, that was me done for the day haha. Last time I sub myself off ;)
