Putting tapes out on Hydrabad for Mum. Should maybe have taken a compass, but that would have made things far too easy...

Late jog after getting to the bach. TO the forest, a few night orienteering controls in the strip, then out to the beach and a jog back in the moonlight. Very nice.

Eastern river loop from work. Got a bonus couple of km when I found the very swollen river had obliterated the track on the way back. So had to turn around and turn the run into an out and almost back, then back out and back

QUick run/swim down the Huatoki in the pouring rain. Did a couple of intervals along the reflector strip, then my headlamp battery died, so jogged home on the roads.
